Human-Centered Design Process

Human-Centered Design Process

(a)           Trying to understand what a person's life is like
(b)           Identify unvoiced needs
(c)            Try to understand user's mental model
(d)           Revealing unmet needs (because in a business perspective if you satisfy these unmet needs with your product or service, you can make money!)
(e)           Designing a product that when using it you engage more meaningfully with life
(f)            Making a product that will fulfill its function through its transparency

(g)           Design for the skills of the user

Resource: MAYA's Human-Centered Design Practice

In other words, Human-Centered Design is a method of designing for the user and making systems that are usable. This is an iterative process that studies the users, understanding them and creating for their needs and skills.

Observe - Interpret Information - Propose Changes - Implementation
